got a bit of a problem. Bitlocker won't switch on for me on my 840 raid 5 array.
I have partitioned the raid so that part of it is system and part is storage.
basically bitlocker saves the key to USB fine then PC restarts and a pop up message comes up and tells me that it can't do it as key is not detected even though the USB stick is plugged in. I tried all the USB ports and different USB stick to no avail.
Now my issue is whenever i log off and log back in or switch on, the PC still thinks I want to encrypt the drive so the pop up comes up again. it's annoying, I am not fussed if bit-locker isn't on. so is there any way of disabling that pop up? I am sure it is a registry issue as I have disabled bitlocker in group policy editor
