Possibly a stupid question but i just recieved one of these this morning and im not 100% sure how im meant to use it. At its points of rotation is it meant to screw up tight or does it always rotate freely? Never used a rotary adapter before so im kinda clueless

you screw the thread into the part

then rotate it until it is in the position you require, then put a fitting onto the female threaded side

i fail to see how this is not obvious

It's the 'free rotation' that spudmaster is unsure over I think.
I don't think you can lock it into a position - but the 'wobble' or Rotary action is there to stop it unscrewing it's self when you move the tubing as well as form the bend.

yeah sorry if i wasnt very clear. I wasnt sure if they were meant to rotate freely or not cos mine leaks from the middle rotation point. Turns out they are meant to rotate freely so mine must have a bad seal :(

yeah, it may be faulty, a very rare occurrence as bitspower are regarded as the best in the business

does it wobble about loads or is it just leaking>?

if you post in the customer support section, i can organize an RMA for you

Its moves quite freely and there is a decent amount of forwards and backwards play so im guess its faulty. Ive read that they are normally very stiff.

The adapter was bought from a competitor and its now being sorted out.

Thanks for the help guys
