bitTorrent App and FTP for Windows 7 64bit?

Seems Vuze is not compatible with Win7 64bit. Can anyone recommend an alternative please?

Also, can anyone recommend a good, free FTP app as well?

filezilla for ftp, or windows explorer for just the odd file
