Bittorrent not connecting to all the peers?

For example atm I'm connected to 1/60 out of 4/502, I dont understand why, Ive got port forwarding setup correctly as well, Im using bitcomet ver 0.68. Any ideas?

Ive used that before I find it too cut down, I like BC's interface and it has public DHT features as well. For some reason with UT I kept having to set the max upload rate for every task I did.

ill read out my preferences on bit comet if you want? I usualy am able to max my connection with a decent torrent.

Also use a port around 49k, have been told it helps quite a lot as some isp's are blocking usual torrent ports.

I asked BT about ports and they said they dont block any.

I needed to change the max number of connections per task. It was set to auto, when I changed it to 100 it started to connect to more people
