One specific user has this strange issue where their Out of Office reply doesnt work when they turn it on. They have to turn it off and then back on THEN it works.
This is only happening for this one specific user.
Tell him you're going to rebuild the Exchange server and see if it resolves his issue. That's all a user wants to hear: that you've gone out of your way to take care of his petty problem.
Is there a local profile that might need to be recreated?
Are there any rules or other silliness set up there?
