Bizarre Rat Washes Itself Like Human

OK first off please forgive me for posting this, but my son saw this and thought it was real while I am saying that though rats are quite intelligent, there is no way that this is real, but.... considering how intelligent they are and as other species have been known to mimic humans, is there any chance this could be anything but a fake?

I initially saw this and thought it looked faked. (But I saw it low res on facebook).

I know some talented (Don't know word for them? Video editors) can do some crazy fake stuff.

It does look very odd though
