Hi,

I have the Samsung 24 inch 144hz monitor and there appears to be black bars either side and at the top. I'm using display port so there aren't any overscan options.

Is this normal for curved screens?

I have those all around my 34" Monitor it's about 1/4 of an inch all the way round , and after looking online it seems as though this is how it just is meant to be ?
And as I recall it's the same with an LG 29" superwide I had a few years ago .

Hmmm, I'm not too sure now. I'm guessing Samsung will say it's the way it's meant to be even if not to avoid another RMA (only just had it back for another fault). I'm pretty sure the first one had the same thing as well.

Is this normal? Literally every monitor in existence has this as far as i'm aware XD
Every monitor I have ever owned has had a thin black border near the bezel.
So yes this is normal :P
