Black dots in WoW

I am seeing loads black dots on terrain in the distance they are small but very noticeable. Ive heard this is an overheating issue but my pc is not crashing or locking up.

You can see the dots all over the grass and mountains.

Im using Catalyst 6.1

AMD3200+ 2.4 ghz
ATI Radeon 9800 pro
1gb memory

what could be the problem?

Hmm i took the side case off and dusted everything and theres no dots but I have the feeling they will come back, what should I be looking to buy, fans ( what models?), graphics cards???

I must tell you I had I worse problem before this where the pc would completely freeze up and I would have to restart it manually. although downgrading them updating drivers seems to have fixed that. Also my anti aliasing doesnt seem to be working, both WoW and Counter Strike look horrible even though AA is on. I just dont kno what to do.

Just had another complete lock up and had to restart, but this time wasnt even playing WoW
