Hope you guys can help. I have an old Compaq Pentium 4 PC that I bought in 2003. It's developed a problem where as soon as Windows boots, the screen goes black as though the PC has been shut down (but it hasn't) and then the mouse cursor appears in the middle of the screen... then it goes back and forth between these two states.
Im guessing its the onboard Intel graphics causing this? I've tried a fresh install of XP, updated all the drivers and the monitor works fine on another PC. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
