Black Friday deals

The only 'deal' I've found is the Blink 3 camera system, bought them at end of October for £249 but they reduced then to £149 for Black Friday, raised a return and re-ordered as when talking via chat they wouldn't credit me with the £100.

Amazon devices are on a pretty good sale but I've not actually seen anything I want for a decent sale at any supplier.

Best potential deal I've seen is Three SIM unlimited calls/text/data for £16pcm for 12 months, but buy it via Topcashback and you get ~£55 cashback, making it effectively ~£11.50pcm... We pay at least £23pcm for Post Office landline broadband before any calls outside the weekend, think I'm going to pull the trigger on two SIMs and fix our costs.

Good luck with TCB and Three. i've been waiting over a year for my cashback for a 4G router and sim.

Are you able to keep your Three number by doing that?

I tend to just phone through to retentions and get a new deal applied to my account. Just wondering for next time if i should grab a deal through TCB/Quidco, and then get them to port my number over.

I made a big mistake picking up the same offer about 6 months ago. Moved from O2. Three are horrendous.

Can only echo the above, Three are a terrible network, support is shocking and just wait until you try to cancel!! They keep you on the phone and practically begging you to stay!!

Be Warned!!

Absolutely no idea, I've been using a Three 3-2-1 SIM for the past few years for calls and texts, along with a Three prepaid 24GB data SIM (~£30 on Amazon today, lasts up to 24 months from activation, usually ~£45).

This morning I ran a speedtest and got ~46/16Mbps, another one a moment ago was ~30/6, perhaps helped by the newish 5G mast local to us that is would in theory give us "outdoor only" 5G reception... Our rental flat's dodgy internal wiring landline phone gives us a measly ~20/5Mbps.

Well, OcUK has put several of their prices UP for Black Friday :p

All their best prices were available on ~Monday, by the time BF has come their prices are significantly increased.

If anyone expects to get a good deal on BF without checking price history, they're going to get a pretty bad deal :p

"Pre-discounted for your convenience".

Is it me or does this BF suck for PC parts ? Seems like all the actual deals happened over the last 3 weeks and anybody waiting until today has been screwed because nearly everything is more expensive

Just bought the best gaming monitor you can get at a decent price.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/samsung/odyssey-g7

I don't think I can post the price because my last post relating to the price of Samsung SSD was removed.

I've also bought a top end razer mouse, mouse mat from razer too. Hyper X headset.

So I've been fine for pc parts.

If you like your screen so curved it's like being in a goldfish bowl :p

The trouble with a lot of the posted deals I've seen, is how many are for places with prices set by algorithms.

So you see a "deal" on HUKD for instance, and after 10 people get that deal the algorithm is already pushing the price skywards.
