well its only at 4.1ghz so i'm not surprised. you could probably run it faster than that on the stock cooler!this
i did have a nice chunk of money saved up for a 6core, ddr4 and maybe watercooling but i bought a £400 bike instead
starting to notice cpu lag from my 2600k on 1440p gta5 with my 980ti.
might have to just get a watercooler and overclock the **** out of it until it burns out

Sandys are average 4.7/4.8 overclock all day long.
Got it at 4.5 now. Don't want to burn it out as mrs gets this system minus the 980ti and the ssd.

MY Xmas pressy to myself is a custom water cooling loop, so parts relating to that I suppose, rather than go simple I can maybe go a little bit more upmarket!
Had some good advice in the watercooling section, so now its just time to see if any bargains to be had

Daily Mirror had an article on this year's Black Friday suggesting some retailers may start upto 2 weeks earlier to avoid some of the chaos, there is a slight song this year as the same article refers to a shortage of drivers so stores may not get stock in time or at all.
