Black Friday Hardware Discussion

Looking for an SFX PSU in the range of 650-750w. Currently have a decent 500w ATX unit which is fine, but I keep getting tempted with ITX builds. One of the hurdles is not having an SFX power supply :D

There's no GPU for me to buy new this side of Christmas

Was looking at the WD SN750 500gb drive for boot. Seems like a good inbetween the 750 Evo i have currently and a PCIe4 drive. But they're often on sale so will probably wait.

Was really hoping for the lower GPUs to see some discounts, but again will probably wait for some real price falls.

Yea that looks like a good drive i Currently have 3200mhz CL14 and not sure how much of a difference 3800mhz CL16 would be for gaming if less than 10fps not worth it.

Why not just try overclocking your current ram? I have my 3200/14 kit running at 3800/14.

Yea black Friday wooooooooooot so excited.

Wonder if I can get a discount on a new Ryzen 5000 CPU and Nvidia 3080.

.........oh wait..............

Needed a decent wattage psu, none in stock so resorted to fleabay lol. Other than that, no i've got everything i need unless a stupid cheap 2TB SSD comes along.

I was going to pick up a Ryzen 3100 for the wife's new PC, but they've jumped in price since Tuesday by £18. Humbug.
