The only copy I can see on newsgroups seems to have a 3.17GB 7z file, compared to the 3.07GB file in the torrents - worries me slightly that it would be different.

Would appreciate someone with a faster connection than me confirming if that usenet copy works given it has a different filesize (even accounting for PAR files) to the torrents and direct downloads.

Total Size: 3.48 GB - Quite a big difference there aswell

Can we set a thread rule for spoilers? I know its follows HL1 but the way they may have done things and other surprises are things some people (like myself) may want to find themselves..

Because that's when you're running out of peers with bits you need and relying more on just seeders.
