black mouse cursor

ok ive not liked the standard white mouse cursor for some time now im using the black mouse cursor option which fits my desktop theme really nicely. only problem is the hand is still white?

i dont like the white mouse pointer also
i used to always use the grey looking one in xp but its gone in win 7

the black one is miles better fits my carbon theme for stardock and vision skin on media monkey so im all dark and pro looking. just about removed most of the kids play windows imagery

i swear id go to linux in a Fart beat if it supported steam as it feels crisp and pro compared to windows

is there any way to easily add new pointers and animations without buying 3rd party app?
