Black ops 2 Multiplayer Reveal

As much as I hate CoD, I have to admit his does look quite fun. Not sure why you'd pay for what a lot of f2p games give these days, though. Its not impressive enough to warrant £45 or whatever redic price they have set.
 
Looks just as gimmicky and rehashed as I expected. The lack of recoil in the cod series now is just laughable. Put the average CoD player in a Tribes game for example, where they have to take a ton of factors into consideration and they wouldn't stand a chance against the worst of players.
 
I hate the engine, don't get me wrong.

But does that multiplayer trailer look more richer or sharper? Compared other cods out there I always thought the engine was very dull and muted (blurred look)

Intresting.. Wonder what changes have actually been done.

The sounds are a total port of black ops . Shut your eyes and listen if. Need it.

It will play identicle to blops it is the exact same engine, stressed a tiny bit more with some textures that don't look crap for a change.

Everyone's going to buy it's its only twenty five quid pre order. Its more fun than bf3 I cent be passed to insult it I know exactly what I'm buying this ti me. . Blops ws good mp' with died servers its ten times better than the other offerings that will be out there.

Does anyone else feel like CoD is the equivalent of two kids saying, "well i have big machine gun with a shield in front of it that automatically kills you!", "oh yeah? well I have a big robot that has loads of guns and i just spray you down!", "oh yeah? well I have loads of planes and helicopters and stuff that will bomb you from sky!" etc.

Any sort of 'competetivness' is eradicated with all the gimmicks. Remember when cod was a basic ww2 shooter that had nothing more of a mechanic than the best player wins - rather than who could get the most gimmicks out of their bumhole.
 
every time a COD game comes out I just end up getting more and more annoyed, mainly due to the 16-18 year olds at my swimming club who buy it, then bang on about how much better it was than the last COD because it has a different game mode, or a different kill streak (kill streaks just ruin the game IMO) or a new gun. Then they wonder why they are board of it 2 months later yet they are willing to spend money on the next game the following year!
Why can't members of the public see it is exatly the same game just with a few different maps!

It's a shame it shows no sign of dying a death any time soon either.

It saddens me the franchise has turned out like this because I really liked COD 1+2 and the original modern warfare.
 
Out of MW, MW2, BLOPS and MW3, BlOPS has been the one I have put the most time into and the one I enjoyed the most by a long way. Not going to get my hopes up but I'm hoping that I enjoy this as much as the first because I really didn't like MW3.
