Will be fine. Any tests I've seen put the 4870 around 300W max total system load running something like furmark. Less when gaming. That's in a quad test system. A heavily OCd quad and perhaps a little more absolute max, but still way way under 400 for normal gaming. As you are aware your CX400 is a little tank too - could have been labelled at least a 450W, and in Hawdware Secrets overload tests it dished out something like 480W staying within thermal spec. Dont worry.
