why are they so **** poor? have treyarch commented or responded on the matter. such a bad game. graphics qualtiy reduced but the game also runs like *****

Tbh, the cod series is starting to look a bit dated theese days, the upcoming mw3 looks pretty much the same as the last version.

+1 the cod series is dying in my opinion, same old engines, same old game, just reskinned and reboxed
 
Yep, theyve milked the ol cash cows teats dry.:D

Though i still enjoy a round or two of mw now and again, just a pity the recent games have been so poor, bo in particular.

Yet selling in the bazillions. My local Tesco (hardly a gaming emporium I know) has a whole row dedicated to MW3 preorders on xBox/PS3, with ONE(!!!) box on display for BF3 lol

Edit: No PC games at all

aware of that but what i dont understand is how can u make BO worse looking than WAW. theyve done it intentionally. singlw player is quite attractive. i think its down to consoles. framerate is terrible lol.

It will indeed sell by the bucket load, simply because its cod, it's ingrained so much now in popular culture. Every release is hyped up like a movie release.

Had quite a few issues with bo as well, the system i have in sig, on paper should run it without any issues on max, however it feels a bit jerky, (was worse on release), and gpu usage is only 45-50% use per card.
 
I got BO at release, but it was the first one I'd even played since CoD2. I love it, and I was pleasantly surprised concidering how much people seem to hate it.

I think, perhaps, the best thing would be not to buy every single game in a series (especially with no following storyline) as you really begin to notice the Cons instead of the Pros.

I had that with Tomb Raider (own them all), got worse and worse - but still looking forward to the re-boot :P

So yeah, I'm probably not getting any more FPS for multiplayer for another year or two. I think leaving a gap keeps it fresh to play :)
 
What game? they made games past mw1? i didnt notice..

I still think mw1 is the best they made, after it they lost it.
 
Played the SP over the weekend, graphics seemed fine to me, but the MP graphics are toned down, it's like that for a lot of games.
 
I haven't noticed any difference between Black Ops MP and SP graphics. My main issue with BO MP has been how buggy and crash-prone it has been... seriously terrible sometimes.
