Hi people.
Ive just installed Sabertooth P67 and i7-2600k. Im running GTX470 in slot 1 and GTX260 in slot 2 non sli. With these 2 cards im running 2 screens.
my 2nd screen on my left is GTX20 and my 1st screen in middle is GTX470 and on my 2nd screen i get a black rectangle in middle of the screen about 3/4inch by 2inches long and just i cant get rid of it. Ive update both drivers but no change. If i swap screens around in control panel/screen res for example 2nd screen on my right, the rectangle goes. i just cant understand it.

Ive had this set up working fine before on my original board and cpu but its only since ive change to saberthooth.
Any ideas?

Also am i right in saying by running 2 cards they go from x16 to x8 so will that be 1/2 the power? If so would it be better just to run the 470?
thanks
Dave

not sure about your black rectangle problem. it could be a faulty pci slot - try reseating the card and clen any dust out of the slot.

the question about 16x and 8x is only true if one card needs 100% of the bandwith of 16x.
it's likely that the 260 doesn't use all of the bandwith of the 8x slot anyway, so no performance loss will be noticable, if any. If, lets say an overclocked 6990 was in that slot, there would be considerable perfomance loos due to it being a bottleneck.

Thanks for reply mate.
Ive re-seated many times now but still no different. What i cant understand is as i said that if i swap screens around in control panel/screen resolution it goes.
Its baffled me.
I need your help boss in another thread i have posted in mother boards can you help
