black screen afta installing gfx

anyone ever had this

Brand new build, gtx 1060 with a rzen 2600.. installed windows. fine. installed ant virus. fine. installed gfx driver then black screen. reatrted pc a number of times, get the windows welcome screen then as it looks like its goin to desktop just a black screen with a curser.

anyone got any ideas?

Boot into safemode and see how you get on, install DDU and reinstall drivers
