Black screen after boot

Hey guys, I was playing CS:Source on my ATI x700pro and the game froze, the system then rebooted and makes it to the windows logon screen. I enter my username and password and the windows startup sound plays but the screen just goes black, then about 20 seconds later the system reboots again.. Any ideas?
