Black screen after installing nVidia Drivers

I bought three refurbished EVA GT440's from No competitors a couple of months ago. I installed two of them in HP desktops without any problems but never got round to installing the third. Have just tried to install the third one in a Zoostorm Core 2 Duo PC but as soon as I installed the driver and rebooted, all I could get was a blank screen Windows had loaded. (i.e. I see bios, see the windows logo, then blank).

Operating System is Windows 7 Professional
nVidia driver downloaded direct from nVidia website (same driver that I used for the other two cards).
Tried both ports on the card (actually had two monitors hooked up at the time).

Any suggestions?

Uninstall nVidia drivers
Download DriverSweeper and remove all references to nVidia and ATI graphics drivers
Install nVIdia drivers.

If that doesn't work, try the card in another PC.

Hi. I have tried that but get the same results. Will try in another PC this evening.

Thanks again
