black screen at bootup

ok. i clocked up to 2.7 ( 280*9) and everything was great. All at stock volts. Then stupidly upped it straight to 350 ( 700mem) on 1:1. Specified 4.4.4.13, as my mem is rated for this (see sig). Also changed pci frequency to 100 from [auto]. And guess what.

No video @ boot up. Now is this just me being totally stupid for upping it so much. I've read the post about upping it 5 - 10 mhz increments.

Any advise welcome. I've now set it to 266 ( default) and am worried about borking it properly.

How far into the boot does it get?

Or is it just a totally black screen from the word go?

black screen from the start. no beeps, just the fans spinning.

yeah. it was fine at stock and at 280. i did also get a long beep the first time i tried to start at 350 which i think is ram.
Maybe i should look at what my volts are through the mem, i seem to remember someone saying stock is 1.8 and i think my mem should be 2.1.

edit: looks like it should be 2.1v. Could you check out this link to verify what i'm reading
