Do any of you guys get this? every now and then my screen will just black out for like one second and then return to normal.
Its not a driver crash and they isn't any errors in event viewer when this happens, it like you switch display off and on very quick?

Its not a big issue and I never once had it happen in games, it just happens randomly when using internet.

Thanks

Can't say that has ever happened to me.

mmm I have always had this just didn't think it was worth a topic till just know.
It seems to happen more when I switch my TV on then after couple mins it will black screen and right back on.

So say I switch on in morning go out to work but only switch TV off and come back home and switch TV on it will back screen after couple mins but not all the time it happens lol

Strange maybe its just a TV issue with the HDMI port then seeing as no event is left.

I get it on a lead that is 5m long on one of my monitors. I put it down to the length of the lead and signal over this distance or poorer quality than the other leads. I probably get it twice a week at most and it is literally a second or 2.

Not something I worry about.

:) I am using cheap leads like lol but they are rated 1.4 hdmi probably means jack like, but seeing has my TV was 1.4 I thought I might as well match them.

This would drive me insane! I can't believe Greg accepts this! I thought you'd have swapped lead asap.

Seriously?

It might not even do it for a couple of weeks and it doesn't bother me when it does it. It has only ever happened on desktop. I don't like to be anal over something so small.

I find it very hard to believe you would spend a fortune on a lead because it would lose signal for 1 second, once a week :o
