black screen/out of range

I uninstalled my 14.3 drivers and reinstalled 13.12 drivers and now when i log into windows i get a black screen or out of range??
 
A quick update on this, When I went and uninstalled my graphics drivers windows boots fine, But installing 13.12 it says "Done with some errors" Once it restarts its just black screen.

No idea, But running windows with no drivers is horrible :<
 
Out of range usually relates to your monitors frequency, make sure it's set to 60hz or whatever your monitors refresh rate is.

Right click on desktop/resolution/advanced.

After installing your drivers boot into safe mode and check the above and alter there.

Boots into safemode and screen/hz are fine. No issues here, Even tried 1080p on my 1440p with the same black screen.
