Black Shark saitek controller problem

Hi my saitek pro controllers some times bomb out in black shark i lose the flight stick controls and the leds flicker any ideas ?

Blackshark rig == vista 64 using the newest saitek pro vista 64 drivers avalible not betas.

I've never trusted USB hubs for anything other than the simplest devices, try plugging the stick directly into a usb port. Other than that i'm at a loss

Yea, i dont get this on my spare x52pro, works perfectly, but it is plugged directly into the computers USB slots. My Cougar works perfectly also...only thing to do is, try a few different USB ports, one might have a dodgy connection or something.

Also just thought, you know the cable that links the throttle and stick, make sure these are pushed all the way in, and make sure half way through gaming they dont come loose, ive heard of that happening with the 52's
 
Only problem ( apart from carp drivers ) I have had with my x52 was the
cable that runs from the throttle to the main stick was slightly loose( the ps2 looking thing)
That caused the stick to intermittantly cut out
