Black tears in game

im getting quite thick black tears while im playing bf3 its only just started happening today, seems to only do it when im standing still in the game any idea what it mite be?
gpu is a zotac 560ti 448

Battlefield 3 does have some texture problems like flickering black stuff on distance things.

i think it is to do with bf, because it just crashed aswell and all other games are working fine
