Blackberry froze wouldnt respond so i took the battery out, put it back in and it auto turned on ( didnt have to press anything )

Then it came up with some kind of loading screen which took forever....

Once on all looked fine but none of the top buttons ( trackpad, home, end call, answer call and back button ) worked at all they wouldnt respond,

so left it then my contacts list popped up and it keeps on typing "L" then "hl" "hl" on its own.

Wont turn off using the power button as it doesnt work but i can use they keypad. i have reset it using "alt" + "right shift" + "del" key

Any idea how to fix this? i have only had it since wednesday

i don't even understand your second post, but usually if a keyboard is spouting certain letters it means those keys are stuck so push them in and out a few times to 'loosen' them (as they are 'stuck' and see if it makes a difference.
 
Just to note: Blackberries have stupidly long boot times from cold ie. when you take the battery out and put it back in.
