blackberry email issue

Hi

I got an attachment (pdf) on an email on my phone, for some odd reason its not on my hotmail account, but only on my phone.

I need to save this attachment or forward the email, but when I try either, the phone just stay at 0% on saving pdf or just don't forward the email via hotmail. When trying to add a new email account settings it just sits at updating settings.

any suggestions?

I thought that may be part of the issue, its just weird that its been removed of my hotmail account, but still remains on my phone itself.

Daft thing is, its a receipt for an iphone... not sure whats worst the BB service or the apple store experience.
