Blackberry Gmail app help

How can I select multiple emails to mark as read in my inbox? Obviously I can do it on my pc, but on the BB I have to basically read every email if I want it to be shown as read, which is very annoying.

dont have a BB but i use email on phone, i normally mark all and then select read.

Go to the date, click menu, Mark Prior As Read.

Yea that works for the standard BB email app but not the gmail one. Bit of an oversight if they've left it out
