Blackberry help

We have a blackberry on trial and the MD wants to use it for a couple of weeks to check his mail. We are merely using it to collect POP3 mail, which I have setup and it worked, but how do I make it collect the email?

There is no obvious button for send/receive ?

Only ever used it for exchange but try going into the email options & look for "reconcile now"

The reconcilliation appears to be to sync it with your desktop email client via wireless, which isnt what I am after. I want it to collect the email from the server.

ok sorted that little issue, however I cant find where you set the display name for who the mail is from when you send one from the blackberry.

I was playing with it on friday and set it up for my account, now I have deleted my account and put on the MD's account, but when i send a mail it says "Darren McCabe - [email protected]" ?? where do I change the Darren McCabe bit?
