BlackBerry PlayBook users?

Waaaaaay out of budget. Would be ideal given how used to SAMOLED+ I am now, but spending more than £200 for something JUST for videos and comics is overkill.

You say its "only" for videos and comics now... but when you get it you will realise how freaking versatile it is. I now carry it around daily, anywhere where I am not going out drinking alcohol, and its my favourite travelling companion. And in all honesty, it knocks the socks off of the PlayBook even with the 2.0 update (which lets face it, does not shake the world in any way, shape or form). If you have the disposable income and can genuinely afford it without going short then just do it, and if you dont agree after a week then simply send it back under the DSA. You've only the price of postage to lose. :)

Where is the cheapest place to get hold of one of these now?

Or if anybody is thinking off selling theirs than send me a trust message & we'll get something going in the members marketim only after a 16GB

Amazon were the cheapest when work got me mine, ill prob grab another playbook next month as the wife stole mine 24/7, very versatile if you know how to use the PB and dont need worthless 49p apps ;)

Just out of interest, what does "knowing how to use the PB" entail? Just curious in case I missed anything special that would have caused my opinion of it to rise.

Purely in terms of web browsing does the Playbook compare well against the iPad1?

The reason I ask is that I have just sold my iPad1. I would have sold it ages ago but the wife liked it for the always on web access. So the lack of apps I can deal with but I would like it to be a good web browser and media player.

I mean for £170 surely the BB PB has got to be a good deal? £400 or something when released!!!

They playbook is so much better than the iPAD for web browsing. My iPAD browsing experience just gets worse with each update with all the crashes.
