blackberry sync issue ????

Ive been having an issue when trying to sync a blackberry to its 4.7 software. Its the curve 8300 if i remember correctly and i get the error (displayed below) any ideas what it is ? and how to fix it ??? as its not letting me sync

Try DM 4.6 for a start as 4.7 have problems with older devices...it doesnt even work properly with my Bold which is a newer device. If that doesnt solve it then re-install it.

Otherwise if your still having problems then pop over to the link in my sig...someone there will be able to help you.

But try 4.6 i reckon thats your problem there.
 
You didn't black out the PIN shown in the top left window. From that PIN I could determine you are with O2. Give them a call for free and their tech support team will talk you through it. You've got an 8310 by the way, not an 8300. Before you call them you should try the latest version of Desktop manager 4.7 (a new one was released a week or so ago) and also upgrade your handheld code to the latest version. oops lolz :) ive stated ive tried 4.7 and thats what happend .... and ive downgraded to 4.6 ... same thing n top of this ive contacted the supplyer and well waiting for there reply just thought id digg around before hand :)

please could you explain how did you find out it was from o2 ?
