Hi guys i currently have a blackberry bold 9700 which has broke but aint contract i just have rolling sim deal with 1800mins unlim txts and internet.
Do i go and get new 9700 bold or go and get new contract with blackberry torch what do you guys recommend.

Well ive just moved from a 9700 to a 9800 torch and i love the torch...its very slick and and having both touchscreen and keyboard gives me the best of both worlds plus OS6 is a massive improvement over OS5 which the 9700 runs....the new browser is much more faster on OS6 as well.

But i do miss the 9700 although i still have it but am planning to sell it soon as i get round to it.

I would suggest you pop into a phone shop and see if they have a torch you can play around with ie test it before you buy one as the 9800 isnt everyones cup of tea.

Alternatively wait for the updated 9700 aka 9780 which will have OS6 running on it...only difference between the 9700 and 9780 is that the 9780 has a 5mp camera and 512mb of RAM whereas the 9700 only has a 3.2mp camera and 256mb of RAM.

If you decide to go for another 9700 then a version of OS6 should be out for it soon.

Think al pop into vodafone tomorrow then youve kinda answered my question only thing is i use about 1400mins a month but vodafone only do 1200 so probs get 3000mins 18month for £60 i currently pay 42.50 atm so shouldnt notice a difference.
