HAHAHA!! What a weird season for him and Blackburn.

He'll be the next Reading manager?? Closing in on one of the few managers to have managed 4 different teams in a season and potentially 3 different divisions of one country... (can dream of odd distinctions he can have)

Best thing I've seen so far "That's 5 managers they will have this season. 2 more than away wins." nice one Blackburn..

No, he wasn't, he was doing a gash job.

I don't know what anyone else was expecting really, his record was hardly glowing when he came in ... it was a ridiculous appointment.

Saying that, when we bring someone new in it'll be 4 managers so far this season. Venkys are toilet, absolute toilet.
 
A brief statement on the club website said: "Blackburn Rovers FC can confirm that Michael Appleton has been relieved of his duties as manager along with assistant manager Ashley Westwood, first team coach Darren Moore and head of senior recruitment Luke Dowling."

Reserve team coach Gary Bowyer has been put back in charge for the remainder of the season.

If they regard Gary Bowyer as a better manager than Appleton, they should have appointed him to start with.
 
can't believe this, terrible. at least he'll get a load of cash, that's where the venkys transfer budget is going, paying of managers lol.
