This is a game which has seemingly gone un-noticed, I checked it out and it looks semi decent really, it's a very arcadey FPS game, like MW, but it seems to be slightly futuristic in some aspects, the best thing about it is seemingly tonnes of customization options for the guns, giving around 25-30 options per gun, and 6 different weapons.

Upgrades can include magazine count, some of which are lower count magazines but faster reloads, things which effect bullet deviation, recoil, sights etc etc.

Download only, think it's cheap, around £10 or so at release which is next week.

Going to see about reviews but it seemingly could be good fun!

I've been playing this for the past few days. Originally, I bought it on the 360, but my console decided to do the '3 red ring trick' on me. I was quite enjoying it, so I bought it on the PC.

There are some annoying kinks. There are no Dedicated servers, it's all done via P2P, near enough the same system as MW2, even with host Migration. This is something I can live with, pings seem stable and I haven't had any problems with games that lag, so far.

The one thing that annoys me, and others I'm sure is the fact that you can not join a session in progress, effectively once the game has started the doors are closed, so to speak. It creates a rather silly problem, if someone leaves, they don't get replaced. So the teams can become very unbalanced. This also has a knock effect when looking for games, as the system will only look for current sessions that are waiting to start, thus searching for a game and getting into one for that matter can take a while.

Unless I'm missing something, there are no graphic options, well, actually I lied, there is one! It's a shader level which goes from 0 to 5. Oh and resolution. That's it.

The key bindings are crap, and you'll need to change them instantly. Oh, and also there's a little thing called AIM ASSIST! Really, why is it even in the game, god knows. This is a PC game not a console game. I've turned it off, but in close combat I'm sure AA has the advantage.

There are some good points to this game, depending on how you see it, of course. It could be considered to be quite hard. You'll take a few bullets then die, you can not run and gun, you will miss, you will die. Camping, although people seem to do it, is rather pointless because you have a X-Ray type pair of goggles that allow you to see the enemy through walls. This can create some tense situations and also help with some nice multi-kills.

The weapon customisation is crazy, you can do so much to your weapons I won't bother typing it. You level up, just like MW2, you'll always get something, may it be weapon camo or upgrades.

Maps are tight, and have a lot of bottle necks, you'll never be with out combat due to it(and the goggles)

I'm going to stick with it and see where it goes, at the moment I'm enjoying it.

If you are looking for a new shooter and can look past the cons, maybe this will be for you.

is it mp only or can you playvs bots/story?

edit: bah half the customisation seems to come through perks that are added by clipping a key chain ornament to your gun.

Also as there's so much variation it's either going to be very limited difference and bland or there is going to be a lot of OP combos.

There is a singleplayer, in which you fight against bots, but the AI is pretty bad and they will just charge and shoot you. However, I'd recommend it for first timeplayers, it'll get you used to the game. You earn XP in singleplayer, it's not a lot but it will get you the first few levels and open up some new unlocks.

Half of the customisation doesn't come from the weapon tags. It's 1 of the 7 things you can do to your gun.

Gun Barrel
Stock
Butt Stock
Rail (sights)
Magazine
Weapon Camo
Weapon Tag

There is only one type for each of the main guns, SMG, assault rifle, sniper rifle and light machine gun. There are 4 pistols but they come in later on.
That's probably what keeps it balanced. And the upgrades add slight improvement to your gun, nothing massive, if anything a few %.
