Sorry if this is in the wrong category, but I didn't really know where else to post it.

Anyway, I've got the intensity pro PCI-E card installed and I can't seem to get a picture from my Xbox 360. I've downloaded the latest drivers and windows/blackmagics recording program seem to be recognising the card ok, it's just that when I plug my Xbox's HDMI cable into it seems not to be recognising it at all. Also, after about 5 minutes the xbox automatically turns off, like it would do if It wasn't connected correctly. I've also tried all the different input resolutions in the preferences tab of media express, HD 720p 50 etc. This is what the xbox's output is set to, so I don't have a clue what's going on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt.

I didn't know they were different, but I've tried both :( At least I know which is which now. Starting to think It may just be an inherent fault with the card.
