Hi i just installed the q9550 and im having trouble getting the computer to post. i get numerous led light errors etc that i look up and foxconn dont seem to have any info on them. I have updated the bios to p07 that is the latest one that i know of unless someone can provide me with a newer one? My hardware is listed above, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi , I had the same setup, just gone the amd route for a change really.

I spent a lot of time with the black ops board and it's a nice piece of kit once its stable.

You won't run your ram @ 1600mhz on the x48 chipset with a quad it's too stressfull for it. Also I see you bought a tripple channel kit..? this board is dual channel, so take a stick out, better still take 2 out and see if it will post with 1.

Good luck

Hey thx for the reply did try with 1 stick but still wouldn't post i think i have tried everything even updated bios to p07 downgraded tried diff bios's but nothing will work. Bit of a shame realli bought this board in the first place thinking it would handle a quad core processor
