Blackpool - What to do?

Me and my girlfriend are off to Blackpool this weekend. We're going to the pleasure beach on Saturday, I expect that to possibly last until 4-6pm which is when we'll check into our hotel. However, after that i'm not exactly sure what we're going to do bar a bit of shopping on Sunday.

What would you reccommend in Blackpool?
 
go to pink handbag. it's the only place where you aren't afraid of getting attacked by chavs.
 
If you can, go somewhere else! Honestly the place is a real dump, garish, over priced, full of drunk scum etc. It really is one of the worst places in the entire country. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere, no, anywhere else.

Heh, also if your gf likes getting out of control drunk, screaming her head off and then trying to claw your face off you'll be loving the place and you'll fit right in. Also if you like urinating in the middle of the pavement you may have found your nirvana.

Top place Blackpool i love it, spent 6 months living there and would do
it again in a flash!

i agree i love blackpool.

sounds like the OP isnt looking to go away and get hammered like a lot of you are suggesting.

wax works
sea life
all 3 piers
hundreds of arcades
tower
circus

im sure you'll find something else to do mix shopping with one of those
