Well I just bought the movie on blu-ray and am very impressed. My only question is, is everyone else's second disc a dvd and not a blu-ray? On my extra features disk I was expecting it to be a blu-ray aswell but it turns out its a dvd. I'm wondering if my order has been mixed up or if everyones second disc's a dvd's aswell? :confused:
 
There's around 4 different versions you can buy and sadly i do remember one of the EU releases being a single bluray and dvd disk so sounds right to me.

If you're not pleased and can return it, i recommend the US release (which can be imported for only a couple of £ more than the EU releases) which comprises of 3 blurays and 2 dvds. The 3 blurays contain all cuts of the film ever made and a large amount of extras. The dvds then contain further extras such as storyboards etc.

And then the nice 5 Disc Streeteh mentions which can be had rather cheap at times :)
 
As usual in good old stitchup britan we got the crappy version.

UK = 1xBD-Final Cut - 1xDVD-Extras
US = 4xBD-Every cut ever made - 1xDVD-Extras

Generaly if most of the extra material is SD (as is the case with here) they will use a dvd for the extras because its cheeper.
 
Oh well looks like I'll be holding onto it, only £9.99 so I'll wait and see if they ever release a European version. I'm not really too hung up about the extras on the disk, I just wish they would have included the other Cut's aswell as my favorite is the directors cut.

Can't help but feel I was a bit conned as the packaging mentions nothing about the second disc being a DVD.:mad:
 
I bought the US version of BR: Final Cut because I wanted all of the extras and not just the UK ones :)
The US version is totally region free - so worth looking up.
 
I wish I did get the US version but I thought the Final Cut over here came with the other cuts, and didn't include a dvd lol ahwell. At £9.99 I can't really be bothered to send it back, I'll probably get the other version in the future sometime. :)
 
Managed to pick up the US eleventy disc set for $10. Don't know how, but could have been inetvideo misprice.

Still haven't watched it, waiting for new kit first :p
