But you are okay if ISIS marches down the street with flags, in front of your house?
I wouldn't like that either, but I fail to see how that makes any of us condoning people being running down with cars which is what I said.

I recall walking down the street protesting with Stop the War and a large group of people shouting "Allahu Ackbar" marched along side us for a bit. There was a lot of other stuff they shouted which I didn't understand. I find it more than plausible from their attitude and look that they were espousing views I would disagree with. They just showed up. I couldn't stop them nor did I try.
Right wing nutters are his base. He can't afford to seriously criticise them, or be seen to not criticise their opponentsI think I do understand what Trump was getting at (but he went off track and has made a mess of things). Perhaps there were people inciting violence on both sides?
However, I do think it's pointless attempting to even remotely defend the neo nazi groups, but I get the impression he was just trying to add some weird form of balance to the situation...
Trump is right, why is violence from the right unacceptable but fine from the left? Idiots on both sides.
he wasn't shown with them at the rally, he was shown with them at his hotel room
We've also had the Muppets rock up when soldiers bodies were brought home. Sadly yes, we have to take the bad with the good. That's the price we pay though!
Also, both the Italian Fascist party and the NAZIs had heavy socialist strains to them.

No they didn't. They were fascist nationalists with a heavy populist strain to them.
Wow, that's a whole new level of desperation from you, dowie. Are you honestly trying to say he didn't take them to the rally after explicitly indicating that he was going to do so?
I'm amazed at the amount of people who seemingly would happily accept Nazi rallies in their streets and swastikas flying high over peoples houses, all in the name of "free speech"
Bit late to the thread but, this has been building up for sometime now, look at the battle for Berkeley and other recent events where the so called tolerant left the likes of Antifa what are certainly not tolerant.
Who has said they are "happy" about a hypothetical Nazi rally in their street. What many of us have said is that we don't think violently beating people up for speech is a good thing. And also, in my case, castigating the tendency to label people Nazis when they're not. Neither are the same as what you say you are amazed by.
