hey am having a problem with my laptop, drop down menus on websites dont appear, which means i cant do simple things like do my online banking and also properties menus etc show nothing, is this a known virus or problem? cant reinstall windows or format due to lack of discs n drivers
the problem means nothing shows in "my computer properties" internet explorer options etc, plz help im clueless and useless cheers
