Blank screen when uninstalling AMD drivers?

I get a blank screen every time I try to uninstall a set of AMD drivers. Pretty much as soon as the uninstall starts the screen goes blank. If I reboot then the drivers are gone, so I suppose the uninstall is working, but it's still a bit annoying because I don't like having to hard reset.

Anyone else get this and/or know of a solution?

Also get this. You need to disable the Onboard GPU in BIOS, So you just have your main GPU has display. If you look in Device manager, under display you will see you have two listed, you want just your GPU.
This will stop the black screen, but if you use virtu it will stop working.

What the uninstall is doing, is Auto switching to Onboard and because You have no lead in you get black screen.

You might have to reset BIOS to default settings. If your MB has C-mos button that will work great. If not then you will have to move the pin over on the MB.

But if I disable my onboard GPU does that mean that if something goes wrong with my dedicated GPU, I won't be able to boot using my onboard?

If you dont want to disable it in BIOS, you could try just disabling it in Device Manager. So it stops windows switching to it when drivers are removed.
