Blazblue Continuum Shift; Extend

Didn't realize this came out recently! What is this release is it the first two games combined? Thinking of picking this up but what is it like for newbies that go about as far in combat skill as a dragon ball!? Lol .

If you can pick this up for £20 on PS3 and Xbox. PS Vita version cost more though.

Does this have the story of the previous games in it or is it better to buy a previous game? I've only ever heard people say good things about Blazblue.

Been playing it a bit on Vita, first time with a fighting game. The stylish mode and tutorials really ease you in well, good fun.

Well I finally picked this up. After not liking Capcom releases (too little single player content) and enjoying Mortal Kombat I wasn't sure where this would come in. Anyways I love this game and I think the quirkyness works in its favour. For me it hits just the right spot where anyone can pick up and play and have real fun (without it seeming random) and room for improvement by learning all the system mechanics. The characters are great and I didn't think I would like them as I usually like games serious but the characters are all so unique and different you have to love them.

Playing the original games campaign is rather strange however 20 minutes in I'd had two battles and I'm sure at one point the characters were talking about cooking eggs! Anyways had some good games with my mates last night, so far Noel has become my favourite/main .
