Blazblue pc controller configuration help ?

Whats all the stuff I have circled down the bottom ? I cant seem to figure this out as the icons are missing and not even clear which is the right stick and what dow L with up down arrow and so on stand for ?
I would guess that:
LS and RS correspond to pressing down the Left and Right analogue sticks. Similar to L3 and R3 on the playstations.
As for the LS and RS with the arrows, that would be left and right analogue sticks being moved in those axes.
