It's not even out till the 4th quarter. Be prepared to wait 9 months. No one knows if it will be Multi-Region until it's actually out as no game company will ever pimp their games as being multi-regional.

4th quarter is this one thats how they do it over there apparantly winter/spring2006

ie, it is being released during Ubisoft's Q4 2006 fiscal year. Their business year runs from April to March the following year. Fiscal year Q4 2006 for Ubisoft is from January to March 2006.
