Bleeding my loop?

Hey guys, I just finished building my loop and I was wondering how I should go about getting all of the air bubbles out of my loop?
Also my pump is quite loud is that normal?

I do this but leave the top on the reservoir in case any liquid is spilt whilst tilting the case.

Any air in the system will end up in the reservoir and you can just keep topping up as needed.

if I switch off my rig and the res still has some space in it for coolant will the loop fill up with the air in the res?
