bleuscreens happening random?

so guys i think my pc is compleetly ****ed.
this afternoon i posted bout a bsod. but thbx to your help.i got.it working again. it thought it was due unstable oc although it has been stable for 4 months. after resetting the cmos and battery it all worked.

i decided not to oc for now cuz i didnt lose fps on bf3 anyway. but later today more bsods happen 1 saying : bad_pool_caller and another one saying :IRQL_Not_less_or_equal. i realy get sick of this so how can i check why its bsoding ? any programs i should run or sonething?

Download Memtest86+ onto a bootable CD or USB flash drive. Restore all default settings in the BIOS and make sure RAM is running at rated timings and speed. Boot from CD/flash disk and run thr programme overnight. It will detect any faults with the RAM.

Also make sure all drivers etc are upto date.

At stock CPU settings run Prime95 for at least 4 hours keeping and eye on the temperature.
