I think in some cases a game like GTA can 'push them over the edge' to the point they can't comprehend what is acceptable or not in real life.

Maybe mentally challenged people playing the game for very long periods get so involved in the game that they start to think that everything they do in the game is considered normal and can't make the decision for themselves that they should not go round pulling pants down or skirts up and feeling woman at random
