blinded by web pages

hello i didnt know where to post this so here is as good as anywhere.
i have a problem that everytime i open google or youtube i get blinded by the default white colour scheme is there an easy way to change these.

any help would be much appreciated.

would rather change the colour of the page to maybe black.

You must have your monitor brightness set far to high..

The newer browsers allow you to set custom CSS. Google it, I used to have FB with a dark theme

thanks for help blackle works fine. i spent ages configuring my new monitor didnt want to change settings again.
