Blink doorbell with Moto G8 power

I just set up my blink doorbell. the 2 echo dot devices and the echo show that i own all ring when i press the button.

also i can set the echo show up to show the camera if i choose (i have stopped this for now however as i believe the video feed can only push to 1 device)

BUT

i cannot get my amazon fire 8 (its an old fire 8 kids but the hardware is the same) or my moto G8 power to run.

indeed when i set up the video feed like i did on the eco show my phone announces that it is not compatible to show video.

I checked and apparently it should run on any android phone above 6 (i am on android 11).

if i could just get the fire and the G8 to ring it would be something, but ideally would like video too.

can anyone help
